  • 7:00 - 7:15:Rockshire- Lanes 1-3, Potomac Woods - Lanes 4-6
  • 7:15 – 7:30: Garrett Park - Lanes 1-3,Quince Orchard - Lanes 4-6
  • 7:30 – 7:45: Olney Mill - Lanes 1-3, Daleview - Lanes 4-6

• Meetings:
  • 7:15 - Referee and Chief Judge Meet
  • 7:20 - Referee and Starter Meet
  • 7:25 - Referee, Starter, Head Timer, Assistant Timer and Announcer Meet
  • 7:30 – Stroke and Turn Briefing – Given by Referee
  • 7:40 – Timer and Relay Take Off Briefing – Given by Starter
  • 7:45 – Scratch Meeting (Ref, Coaches, Reps, Announcer, Computer Operator)

• 7:55 – Officials and Timers in place

• 7:58 - National Anthem

• 8:00 – Meet Start

• Snack Bar – Freshly made breakfast sandwiches, hot and cold coffee, Bethesda Bagels, Krispy Kreme Donuts, as well as the usual snack bar snacks and beverages – CASH or VENMO.

• Hospitality – Available for meet volunteers at the halftime break
