Hello all! 
We wanted to provide some additional details about tonight’s meet. We’re also looking for an emergency fill in for a stroke and turn judge, so if you’re available/signed up already, we will need to replace one tonight. There are also a couple of open spots for timing as well!

ADDRESS Tallyho Swim Club 8650 Bells Mill Road Potomac, MD 20854 PARKING Please have your team park in Tallyho’s lot. Our families will park on neighboring streets.

  The kickboard race event will appear in the program as event 51 but will be the first race of the meet.

SCHEDULE 5:25pm- Warm ups for Rockshire 5:30pm- Officials’ meeting (by the slide)
5:40pm- Timers’ meeting (by the flagpole)
5:50pm- Kickboard race6:00pm- National Anthem and start of meet EQUIPMENT

.TEAM AND OTHER AREAS Rockshire has the area adjacent to the baby pool, at the shallow end of the pool, opposite the starting end of the pool.

The clerk of course will be near the diving board.

Automation is in the enclosed area near the entrance.

Ribbons are written under the pavilion behind your team area.

CONCESSIONS

We run a concession stand under the pavilion that will have pizza, Chick-Fil-A sandwiches, and a variety of snacks and beverages.

We accept cash or Venmo.

Food and drinks will be provided for officials and timers.
